Shipping Info

Items will be shipped by Royal Mail within 7 days of receiving your order. While we try to stick to this at very busy times/ following a new release it may take longer, up to 14 days.
All records posted outside the UK will now be sent tracked.

Payment of customs duties or taxes incurred is the responsibility of the buyer so please check out your regional import policy before purchase. Don't ask us to falsify customs labels. All parcels sent to the EU will have IOSS numbers and documents of tax paid attached.

Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss of a UK parcel until at least 15 working days past the due date, 20 working days for items posted to Europe and 25 working days for items to the rest of the world.

IMPORTANT: It is essential you get in touch with us as soon as possible if there is a problem. If your items are missing or arrive damaged you must inform us within 8 weeks of the dispatch date or we will be unable to issue a refund or offer replacements.

ALSO IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for parcels missing where an incorrect/incomplete address is provided to us. Make sure it's right!

EXTRA IMPORTANT: If you’re using a knife to open your parcel please be very careful. We are not responsible for damaged items caused by people hacking away and cutting into their records. Go easy!

To cut down on cardboard waste we will occasionally use recycled packaging. We only do this if the mailer is in good condition.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll do our best to help. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
